I've now heard Sue a couple of times, and she is excellent-she knows her subject and speaks with a lot of common sense, backed by vast experience in this educational minefield. You seem to be doing good work at MGS. We are also wrestling with the whole business of mobile phones. One thing's clear: you can't "uninvent" technology, we need to educate youngsters into responsible use. We as teachers also need to be confident about social networking and try to understand this phenomenon and how it impacts on schools.

I couldn’t agree with you more Jim. The focus has to be on responsible use and also future implications of inappropriate use at a young age.
