The S6 are running a fund raising event this week. They approached me a few weeks ago to see if we could have an open computer game tournament. I thought this was a good idea and from Tuesday to Thursday this week pupils can come along to battle it out against their mates on the big screen at lunchtime (well actually 4 big screens!).
We had a quick practice round at the end of the day today. The Xbox 360 is looking good, but the Wii needs a couple of new batteries. However the biggest success so far has been Guitar Hero! I can’t believe that lots of the pupils have not played it before.
Anyway, I’m sure I’ll up-date you on the success of the event as the week progresses.
Much as I'd love to take you on at Guitar Hero, Ollie, I'll be @ NBHS Camp this week. Another time? I've never played it but perhaps you've never played the guitar? That makes us equal, no?
Have fun!

When can I come through to test my skills against the pupils?
