Excellent series of posts. You make a number of points that anyone passionate of the future of education would find it hard to argue with. One of the final things you say about 'flattening education' is crucial. As a DHT who uses twitter and blogs to stimulate my thinking I am very aware of the huge variety of inspiration I get from all levels of the education sector.

I try to share my thoughts on my blogs http://mycpdweek.blogspot.com/ and http://ck-zebraslife.blogspot.com/, but could/would not do so if I had never taken the time and risk of sharing/using tech in the first place.
