Mike Tidd is the Head of Geography at Gillingham School in Dorset. Mike and I go back a long way as we studied Geography together at the University of Plymouth many moons ago. We were normally lab partners, worked together on fieldwork projects and would often share a pint after (and sometimes during) lectures.
Over the years we have had a lot of great adventures but any stories Mike has about me are fictitious and made up. He’s always been a good story teller – which is what make him a great teacher!
Anyway, Mike’s new years resolution was to start a blog and so MikeTidd.com has been born. If it reads anything like his regular articles in Sec-Ed then I think it will be both stimulating, challenging and worth following in your RSS Reader or by email subscription (bottom right of his web page).
