I work as part of the Consolarium Project at Learning and Teaching Scotland. The Consolarium is the Scottish Centre of Games Based Learning and Innovation in Education.
During the first few months of 2010 we will be bringing a few new services on-line that we hope will better support the games based learning community in Scotland and beyond.
The first of these will be a bi-weekly podcast recorded by the Consolarium team. We had a lot of great fun recording the first one a few weeks ago and have the outlines drawn out for the next few episodes.
The outline of the podcasts will follow a similar format for each episode where we will discuss some of the work that we are doing or plan to do over the next few weeks, we will have a feature piece where we will speak to one of the classroom teachers or school leaders involved in one of our games based learning projects and finally in AOCBGBL (Any Other Competent Business Game Based Learning) we will share a couple resources that we have recently found that might be of interest to other professionals.
