Since moving house I’ve been doing a lot of my shopping at
the co-op.
However as I was wandering down the aisles of our local shop today I spotted a
product that I hadn’t come across before. Fairtrade
Bumble Bee Honey Beer from the Freeminer Brewing
Company. Having been a long standing supporter of Fairtrade I bought as many bottles as I
could carry.
According to ratebeer.com
Bumble Bee beer is, ‘Deep
straw colour with a short lasting white head. Complex aroma, with clear signs
of honey and malt, and some hops. Flavour is initially dominated by the honey,
but this then gives way to a pleasant bitterness before leaving an aftertaste
of more honey. Very nice indeed’.
I’m halfway through my first bottle and I have to say that I approve. What a great way to support Fairtrade!

"Fairtarde"
The beer must be good... ;-)
